Way before I build Real Deal '64 Impala I had this idea in mind to create a full function RC 1/24 miniature lowrider that performs almost every trick and still feature an interior.

I LOVE Japan that's all I can say. In March I fly back to Tokyo to visit the Tokyo lowrider show again and meet the cool people out there. Here's a bunch of pics of my previous visits.
After adding all kinds of details like the L.A. script and small winged Lost Angel emblems I had to rush to get this RC Lowrider finished for the Tokyo Lowrider show in Japan. I cleared the body and left it to dry on the central heater covered by a plastic container speeding up the process.

In 2007 I recieved this beautiful 1/12 Maisto RC '64 mpala. There not many RC cars in this scale that look this good and was eager to rebuild it into a hard hittin' lowrider. During my 6 month stay in Bangkok, Thailand, I worked on tweaking the electronics and installing the servo's for the hydraulic action. Later on I swapped the toy electronics for a pro RC setup all proportionaly controled. I presented the metallic black model at the 2007 Lowrider Super show in Vegas Hoppin' and three weelin...
